Miss Cesslie

Training Champs Cultivator

Miss Cesslie has been with N.O.W. University since 2022, but has been in the childcare industry for 6+ years. As a toddler teacher, she creates an engaging, nurturing environment where young children can explore, build independence, and develop confidence. She supports toddlers through hands‑on learning, language development, social‑emotional growth, and plenty of joyful play. Her days are filled with guiding emerging skills, encouraging curiosity, and helping children learn how to express themselves and connect with others. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where toddlers can learn, grow, and discover who they are.

Developing Champs

12 - 24 months

1:6 Teacher to Child Ratio

This is the class where we lay a strong foundation for learning. Early learning starts with the recognition of colors, numbers, and letters. As champions learn to recognize letters, we introduce them to name recognition. We focus on further developing language skills with story time and picture cards, working on social & emotional development during play time, and encouraging independence and self-care.
