Developing Champs Cultivator
Mrs. Quinn has been with N.O.W. University since 2021. She has transitioned to our pre-K 3 Cultivator while pursuing her associate's degree at TCC.
As a Pre‑K 3 teacher, she creates a joyful, structured learning environment where young children can build independence, confidence, and a love for school. She supports early academic skills through hands‑on exploration, purposeful play, and developmentally appropriate instruction in literacy, math, social‑emotional learning, and early problem‑solving. Her classroom is a place where curiosity is encouraged, friendships are nurtured, and every child feels seen and valued. I partner closely with families to celebrate progress, support growth, and ensure each child is prepared for a successful transition into Pre‑K 4 and beyond.

Training Champs
2 - 3 years
1:11 Teacher to Child Ratio
As our champions work through this stage of development, we aim to help continually improve their social & emotional skills. Champions are learning to share, set and respect boundaries, and coping skills. We begin focusing on exposure to early literacy and math by continuing number & letter recognition and name recognition. Champions are potty-training and working to become independent and self-sufficient.
