Ms. Mary felt called to her purpose in childcare. She left the dental field and founded N.O.W. University in September 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

As the director and owner, she is committed to creating a nurturing, high‑quality learning environment where children, families, and educators feel supported and valued. She oversees the program's daily operations, guides curriculum and classroom practices, and ensures our school maintains the highest standards of safety, care, and early childhood education. She works closely with teachers to foster a positive, collaborative culture and partner with families to build strong relationships rooted in trust and communication. Her goal is to lead a school community where every child can thrive, every family feels welcomed, and every educator is empowered to do their best work.
